This means YOU should go stock up on medical supples so you don't die of a tummy ache when the bombs fall. expiration dates on medicine don't really mean anything, most medicine retains at least half of it's effectiveness even after 15 years.

When you really think about it. Having lots of medical supplies is infinitely more important in almost any disaster scenario than a weapon and ammo stockpile.
