JD Crossover

This is a long one... Today will be the last day I engage with, tweet about or talk about MyTeam. Tomorrow I start a new journey in content, I don't know if anyone will ever watch a video but so excited to be flexing my creative muscles again! During the pandemic, 2K20 MyTeam was a welcome escape... It got me through hours of boredom, started me on my content creation journey and allowed me to meet some incredible people, some of which are now close friends IRL. I got to the point where I became a 2K NextMaker, got a logo, went to a playtest and went to Community Day... all while knowing the game I loved was drifting away from us. My platform was always used to showcase the wonderful different communities we had through the podcast and the the world's collided at the charity tournament. Unfortunately... I have watched every MyTeam community... comp, NMS, sniping, collecting etc. be systematically decimated over the last year. I have seen the best our community has to offer leave the game, including content creators. I have interacted with a Company that has made clear they have ZERO desire to provide any level of consumer friendliness or responsiveness. I am thankful to everyone that contributed to my projects, the communities we created, the memes and those legendary cards! There is nothing left of this mode but hunting money from its consumers... money, money and more money. What a damn shame. This mode inspired and killed my love of content creation, time to get it back! GGs.
