The @US_SrAdvisorAF should monitor progress of the implementation of the Washington Agreement. The attempt to use 'Rwanda' to game Tshisekedi to third base, should be met with sanctions. No more games by @PatrickMuyaya. Put up (neutralize the FDLR, tone down rhetoric) or shut up.

Dismissing documented suffering in Minembwe attacks, displacement & ethnic targeting of Banyamulenge for mining deals is wrong. @US_SrAdvisorAF should push DRC too.

Toujours en marge du sommet NEISA 2026 à Kigali, la société américaine Holtec International et le Conseil rwandais de l'énergie atomique (RAEB) ont signé un accord de développement global portant sur le déploiement au Rwanda du réacteur modulaire SMR-300. Sambamba na hayo, ni muhimu wananchi wakapewa elimu kuhusu uendelezaji nishati ya nyuklia ili wawe sehemu ya mageuzi haya.
