The good! Hayes does not have to start every game. I just would much rather do this on a day Trevino starts, but still, this is encouraging. The bad: Every team you play will celebrate you putting two of your worst hitters vs lefties at the top of your lineup, and will encourage them to get the lefty starter through the first three in the lineup three times. Just put your more split agnostic hitters at the top of the lineup!

Unpopular opinion: I understand some ball/strike calls are egregious & the ability to challenge makes sense…but baseball isn’t meant to be so precise that you rely on a box. Grey area around the plate is part of the gm. Otherwise it’s just not baseball. Idk. I’ve mixed feelings.
