We really got horror "fans* that won't engage with horror because it's scary. 700 likes, you can't make this shit up. Like this isn't a debatable topic, there's a clear right and wrong answer. This shouldn't be a conversation we are having at all. People really saying "gatekeeping" and the gatekeeping in question is literally just engaging with what they claim to be a fan of, the actual bare minimum. It's insane. You can really tell who genuinely wants to enjoy the art and who just wants to fit in.
