How do you recover from “failure”? I shared my son made (fueling) mistakes and got a DNF at a big bike race. It was devastating His confidence took a beating Race season has just started Over the weekend he raced a stage race (got 5th) and Sunday raced two crits - these were not races on his calendar He needed some quick “wins” to build back his confidence going into his Cedar City UT race Proud of him This lesson applies to business as well :)

We aren’t going to do traditional education with our kids while they’re young. We aren’t sure what type we’ll do yet, but we’ll have a 20 hour work / school week and spend the rest of our time adventuring and having fun.
