Difficult day. Unbelievably proud of our @JenksLifeguards. Many guys went above and beyond today. That being said, VERY READY to get back in the classroom and meet my new students tomorrow @PointBoroHS.

Unfortunately, due to the Borough of Point Pleasant Beach not opening the boardwalk, Jenkinson’s Beach will not be open for Memorial Day Weekend. We are extremely disappointed as our staff has worked diligently to prepare for a safe opening. We miss you. Stay safe & see you soon

Saturday Night three of our Lifeguards (Cliff Ruggiero, John Finnerty, Giancarlo Crivelli) and our EMT Matt Kalcyewski were honored at the New Jersey State Policemen’s Benevolent Association Valor Awards Banquet. They were recognized for a successful CPR performed in Summer 2019.

The Sean Stephenson Memorial Lifeguard Tournament has been POSTPONED due to potential lightning storms. The Tournament is rescheduled for this FRIDAY at 6:30pm. We hope you can still attend.
