Whoever said the Exchanges will be free to list Pi after OM,you're very wrong!! Pi is Digital Currency or Money,not a trading asset!!
Pi Network uses CCXT (CryptoCurrency eXchange Trading) programming,which is programming that allows developers (CT) to connect to Exchanges or other Trading Platforms.This programming is what limits Exchanges access to Pi Network because it's protected by API (Application Programming Interface).
Pi Network has some APIs,which are components that allow an Application/System to connect with other Application/System.
Some Pi Network APIs:
◾️Core API: This is Pi Network's main API for access to Blockchain,Users and transactions.
◾️Wallet API: Access to Wallet.
◾️Analytics API: Access to users and transaction statistics data.
◾️Developer API: Access to create Apps and integrate with various Apps.
◾️Marketplace API: Access to trading markets such as Exchanges or Companies.
To be able to list Pi,Exchanges must register,follow the policies and use the API correctly.If these requirements are met,CT will allow Exchanges to connect to the Pi Network and list Pi.
What about Pioneers? All Pioneers who comply with CT rules in the Enclosed Mainnet Phase will be free to connect anywhere after OM,because they have KYC'd as the main requirement to be able to use all Pi Network APIs.
Exchanges will list 1 Pi = 314159 USD,there is no other choice if they want to list Pi.
Decentralization applies to users (Pi Owners),those who are not yet users must comply with certain requirements to become users and obtain 'decentralization rights'.

As I explained in my article on Sunday,January 19 it was exactly 3 months since the Mainnet Nodes running on Testnet 2 (See @PiCoreTeam announcement on October 19,2024).It turns out CT acted quickly.Yesterday (January 20) Testnet 2 resumed testing towards the Supernode release which looks be carried out in the next 1-3 weeks..No further extension to delay OM!!..
Some specific terms you need to know about wallets transactions:
◾️Envelope xdr: Packages transactions,sends data,records transaction history,and verifies (validates) transactions on the Stellar Network.
◾️Result xdr: Records transaction status (failed/successful),sends error code if failed,transaction time,and records transaction hash (unique code) on the Stellar network.
◾️Result meta xdr: Similar to Result xdr,but more detailed displaying metadata to ensure accurate transactions.
◾️Fee meta xdr: Calculates detailed transaction/operation fees and provides transaction fee information to help analyze and report on the Stellar Network.

For swap Pi to FIAT,it seems that it will continue to experience adjustments depending on the increasing of utilities.The more utilities,the swap limit will be reduced.A few months ago I said the maximum swap limit per month is 0.8 Pi.The latest update shows the maximum swap limit per month is 0.666 Pi (Code: Collateral ratio $ 1.5: every $ 1 Pi).Up to here anti GCV must know,Pi IOU has nothing to do with Pi.
I just remind you,swap your Pi to FIAT as needed..It's normal that in the early days of OM we need FIAT to pay debts or some other needs,because the use of Pi outside the Pi Network Ecosystem is still limited..One year after OM,you no longer need FIAT,everything is Pi.Pi will become the world's main source of liquidity,with liquidity reserves in FIAT,Bitcoin and Ethereum (can be added).
