@SouthernRailUK hi, you’ve just rejected a delay repay compensation claim for yesterdays abysmal service from London to Eastbourne. Can I speak to someone about it please because stating it was only technically a 7 min delay is making me q angry xx
@endclothing i’ve messaged via your website, i’ve emailed, i’ve DM’d on here and yet no response. Appreciate you’re busy but don’t give unrealistic timeframes for free delivery… If it was more accurate and I knew it was late then i’d probably have paid for quicker delivery..
