@Jooaaash Even if exercise offered no benefit to the length of your life.
The benefits it would have on the quality of life alone - would justify it.
Outlive - Peter Attia, read this a few weeks back, that line has stuck with me since.

Shiquo Hii Style has been left counting heavy losses after Anti-Counterfeit Agency detectives, accompanied by Nike representatives, raided her store at RNG Plaza and seized stock reportedly worth over Ksh 15 million.
The reason appears straightforward: the businesswoman and content creator was selling products branded as Nike at prices far below the market rate, with some sneakers retailing for as little as Ksh 1,500 compared to the original price of around Ksh 19,000, almost 90% off.
While many stores across Kenya are involved in similar trade, Shiquo may have made herself an easy target by openly promoting the products to her large TikTok audience through videos showcasing the sneakers and merchandise.
The crackdown on counterfeit goods is expected to continue throughout the year, dealing a major blow to many "mtaani" shoe retailers. Going forward, traders may have no choice but to stock authentic products or risk facing similar consequences.
