@GordonSquare Our neighbor Chaundrea calls out priorities more urgent than a tax base that can repave roads: good schools, safety from gun violence, secure housing and businesses for Black people. We can't just wait for our return on real estate investments.

It’s a PACKED house. And Raymond, Chaundrea and Ben are already speaking their truths: Artists must be at the forefront. Black people must be present and safe. High rents can stifle social communities.
