Temporary suspensions related to the world transfer issues on January 24 have been lifted. Based on the outcome of further investigations, some suspensions have been made permanent. These suspensions apply to those who took part in activities that demonstrate clear intent to exploit in order to gain an advantage and disrupt world economies. We apologize again for the inconvenience caused by these issues and appreciate everyone's patience with the extended timeline needed for investigation. A token of our appreciation is being sent to active player accounts that logged in between January 21 at 5:00 AM PT and February 3 at 12:45 PM PT including: 1 Box of Warding, 2 Combat Boxes, 1 Premium Food Chest, 1 Elite Combat Box, and 15,000 Faction Tokens. This gift can be claimed in game by going to the compensations tab after the maintenance on February 18.

Hello Adventurers! After today’s maintenance there was an issue in which unique per-world rules were not being applied correctly. This issue allowed transfers of characters into and out of worlds where transfers were not intended to be possible. This issue was identified and resolved, and the team has been hard at work to mitigate any impacts on world economies. The following actions are being taken to rectify these issues. * All accounts with characters that transferred during the window when the issue was live, and those who took part in trading with transferred characters, have been temporarily suspended. * Length of temporary suspensions is determined based upon the actions taken by the player accounts that impacted the affected worlds, and are subject to change. * All characters created on Seasonal Worlds during the period when the issue was live are deleted, as the characters did not have seasonal rules applied to them correctly. * Territories claimed on the Seasonal Worlds during the period the issue was live are reverted to unclaimed status. * Player to player trading and the trading post remain temporarily disabled on Standard and Seasonal Worlds and will be restored as soon as possible. * Trading post contracts from affected characters are cancelled. * Items and coin traded between players or put into company balances by those who took part in the unintended transfers are removed. * Companies created by those who took part in the unintended transfers have been removed. * Players who used a transfer token during the time period the issue was live are sent back to their original worlds and will receive a transfer token at a later date. We are doing a phased approach to re-enabling worlds and will post updates as they are available, and the team will continue to monitor these worlds. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by these issues and the extended downtime, and appreciate everyone's patience and continued support as we work through them.

Accounts with characters that transferred into standard and seasonal worlds during the time period where server rules were not being applied correctly, have had their penalties extended. This extension was applied so our teams can continue removing items associated with the economy on these worlds. We will review the actions taken by these characters on a case-by-case basis to determine if more permanent penalties need to be applied. As we complete this work, many of those with penalties in place now, who did not participate in economy-impacting behaviors, will see these suspensions removed. We will have more information as efforts progress.

There was an issue after maintenance in which players were able to transfer to and from a Seasonal World. The issue was resolved at 4AM PT and no transfers have been possible since then. All affected characters that transferred during this period have been suspended while we investigate. All items that were Seasonal World specific will be removed from Non-Seasonal Worlds. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve it.
