The proof is out there! It’s pouring rain in the Special Areas. We have water ponding on pastures. Last year the grass never greened up. And today I had to wear a rain jacket in Oyen for the first time ever.

For those unrefined -martinis must be stirred not shaken ( lore created by JB movies). Shaking w/ice breaks the gin molecules violently so their infused botanicals are less strong/flavor- aeration evaporates alcohol thus a weaker cocktail. Stirred only! Cool,full & smooth!
