Thank you @karpathy. I have had a claude code + obsidian + qmd + claudian plugin based system. Just fed your wiki idea in plan mode and evaluating how i can improve my setup.

Wow, this tweet went very viral! I wanted share a possibly slightly improved version of the tweet in an "idea file". The idea of the idea file is that in this era of LLM agents, there is less of a point/need of sharing the specific code/app, you just share the idea, then the other person's agent customizes & builds it for your specific needs. So here's the idea in a gist format: gist.github.com/karpathy/442a6… You can give this to your agent and it can build you your own LLM wiki and guide you on how to use it etc. It's intentionally kept a little bit abstract/vague because there are so many directions to take this in. And ofc, people can adjust the idea or contribute their own in the Discussion which is cool.

@KIntheHouse The governance gap is the real story. AI can generate valid Terraform all day, but who reviews the security groups it opens or the IAM policies it attaches? Without policy-as-code gates (OPA, Sentinel), AI-generated IaC is just faster tech debt.

90% of the industry runs Terraform. IBM just killed the free tier and archived CDKTF. The teams treating this as a pricing problem are going to get blindsided by the real one: who governs the infrastructure code AI is about to start generating at scale? New post. 🦞 TL;DR: New Job at Microsoft. Bringing OpenClaw + personal agents to Microsoft 365! My goal is to help usher in a new generation of workplace proactive assistants, ones that lighten your load by taking on tasks end-to-end, and that can also step in proactively when they can help. As part of this mission, I’ll be partnering with the @OpenClaw + M365 community to bring the energy of this work to our customers. We’ve already hit the ground running with a fully integrated Teams plugin for OpenClaw, and I can’t wait to help usher in the era of personal agents at work.

Jensen projected $1T in AI demand. NVIDIA's stock dropped during his keynote. Two weeks later, RSA confirmed: 85% experimenting, 5% in production, 160 million shadow AI instances nobody's managing. These two conferences are co-dependent yet are coming from different ends of the speed spectrum. New Signal-Finder out now. NVIDIA Builds the Factory Floor. RSA Sells the Fire Exits. They Need Each Other. open.substack.com/pub/aiwanderlu…

Employment in AI-exposed roles for workers 22-25 is down 13% since ChatGPT launched. Its contribution to national unemployment? 0.1 percentage points. The headline number is fine. @KIntheHouse MCP adoption is outpacing MCP security review by a wide margin. Teams are treating it like npm -- ship fast, audit never. 36% vulnerable is a predictable outcome when the integration surface expands faster than the security function can track it.

36.7% of MCP servers are vulnerable to attack. MCP is how you connect AI agents to your enterprise tools. If your dev teams are deploying them without a security review, you have exposure right now. Microsoft patched CVE-2026-26118 (near-critical) on March 10. This week's AI Waypoints ↗ open.substack.com/pub/aiwanderlu…

Deutsche Bank declared "peak SaaS fear" on March 10 and upgraded software to Overweight. Software earnings grew 29% year over year. The "SaaS is dying" narrative and the actual earnings data are moving in opposite directions — and five major vendors are each running a different pricing strategy to hedge which side wins. Microsoft is anchoring on per-seat while talking up agents. SAP is mandating consumption. Salesforce is running four models simultaneously. Nobody has conviction. The survival line isn't which pricing model you choose. It's whether your software coordinates multiple people or just one. Full post ↗ open.substack.com/pub/aiwanderlu…
