This was such a great performance. However, I strongly condemn the fans who poured alcohol on others when #Amavubi scored. Such barbaric behaviours must be addressed by @FERWAFA and @Rwanda_Sports. If left unchecked, it could discourage people from coming to the stadium.

This evening, President Kagame joined a full Amahoro Stadium as thousands of fans gathered for the #FIFASeries match where Amavubi, Rwanda’s National Team, won 4-0 against Grenada. Hosted in Rwanda, the FIFA Series brings together eight nations—Rwanda, Grenada, Kenya, Estonia, Aruba, Liechtenstein, Macau, and Tanzania—for international friendlies, marking the first time a single country hosts two groups. The biennial competition takes place every March in even-numbered years, with its inaugural edition held in 2024.
