Once, in a faraway Amazonian tribe, where all the houses were made of grass, the chief of the land wanted more splendor. Fortunately, a large deposit of gold was found by his miners. The king ordered his subjects to make the gold into a massive throne, with inlaid jewels and a massive headrest. The people labored for days and days, and it was eventually finished. So the chief ruled for years and years, almost a decade, on his great golden throne, but he grew tired of its splendor and decided to bring back his old wooden seat, storing the throne in the attic of his grass mansion. That night, there was an almighty crash from the chieftain's house. It turned out that the throne had broken through the ceiling, squashing the chief, and killing him. The moral of the story? People who live in grass houses shouldn't stow thrones. 😂😂

Growing up, whenever my mother let forth a particularly fruity expletive, she'd say, "pardon my french." I'll never forget that day in primary school when the teacher said, "Now class, does anybody know any French words?" 🤬 Morning all! Happy Monday. 💐😁

Doctors told pregnant women that smoking was fine. Doctors told parents to put babies to sleep on their stomachs. Doctors told patients that thalidomide was a safe sedative. Doctors told people dealing with chronic pain that OxyContin was non-addictive. Doctors told everyone that margarine was safer than butter. Doctors told patients that lobotomies were a legitimate treatment for depression. Doctors told the public that DDT was safe to spray directly on children to control lice. Doctors endorsed specific cigarette brands in medical journals. Doctors told patients with stomach ulcers it was stress, for decades, while Barry Marshall was being laughed out of conferences for suggesting it was a bacterium. Doctors told millions of people that dietary fat caused heart disease, based on a study that excluded the fifteen countries whose data didn't fit. And now a doctor is going to tell you that seed oils are fine. You decide how much weight to give that.

There's a single gut microbe that influences your mood, your sleep, your skin, and even your muscle mass. 96% of people have lost it. Scientists just discovered it triggers your body to produce the "Love Hormone" oxytocin. Not in your brain, but in your gut. The microbe is called Lactobacillus reuteri (L. reuteri). It used to live in nearly every human gut on Earth. Today - Antibiotics, processed food, and modern living have wiped it out of almost everyone. If you've taken even one round of antibiotics in your life, Yours is probably gone. Researchers at Baylor College of Medicine made a stunning discovery. They found that oxytocin - The hormone linked to mood, bonding, stress relief, and healing - is produced in your small intestine. Not just your brain. Your gut. And L. reuteri is what can trigger its release. How does it work? L. reuteri stimulates special cells in your intestinal lining to release a hormone called secretin. Secretin then signals nearby cells called enterocytes to produce and secrete oxytocin. Your gut is literally manufacturing one of the most powerful hormones in your body. And - It's published science. The Baylor team confirmed it using human intestinal tissue, gene expression data, and lab-grown intestinal cultures. The highest concentration of oxytocin-producing cells? The small intestine. Dr. William Davis - the physician who wrote "Wheat Belly" and "Super Gut" ... figured out how to grow L. reuteri at home using a simple fermentation process. Not a pill Not a supplement A highly concentrated probiotic food you make yourself. Here's what people are reporting after restoring L. reuteri: - Deep, uninterrupted sleep - Reduced anxiety and improved mood - Thicker hair and younger-looking skin - Increased muscle mass (even without heavy exercise) - A 50% rise in testosterone in men over 50 - Faster wound healing - Restored libido MIT researchers tested it in mice. The ones given L. reuteri stayed lean, kept their fur, mated, and aged gracefully. The control group (same diet, no L. reuteri) - Got fat, lost their hair, stopped mating, and died early. Same crappy diet. Completely different outcome. Why? Because L. reuteri does something most probiotics can't. It colonizes your entire small intestine - ALL 24 feet of it. It produces natural antibiotics called bacteriocins that kill harmful bacteria. And it prevents the toxic migration of fecal microbes into your upper gut. When those bad microbes invade the small intestine, they release toxins into your bloodstream. That's called endotoxemia. It drives weight gain, brain fog, type 2 diabetes, cognitive decline - And is now being linked to multiple forms of the Big C. L. reuteri helps stop that at the source. The key? Dr. Davis found that fermenting L. reuteri at 99°F for 36 hours produces roughly 300 billion microbes per serving. More than 30X a typical supplement. A half cup a day is the protocol. I've been saying for 30 years: your mood, your anxiety, your energy - It starts in the gut. When I healed my gut, my crippling anxiety disappeared. Not from medication. From fixing the actual cause. Now science is catching up. And L. reuteri is one of the biggest reasons why. Comment GUIDE and I'll send you a FREE guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home.

The sun was free. They sold you SPF 50 and a vitamin D deficiency. Sleep was free. They sold you an app, a pill, and a wearable that tells you your sleep was bad. Walking was free. They sold you a treadmill, a fitness tracker, and a £180 pair of trainers. Fasting was free. They sold you meal replacement shakes and the anxiety that skipping breakfast would wreck your metabolism. Cold water was free. They sold you a £3,000 plunge barrel and a podcast episode about it. Silence was free. They sold you a meditation app with a premium tier. Animal fat was cheap. They sold you seed oils, then supplements to replace what the animal fat contained. Tallow was cheap. They sold you a seventeen-step skincare routine and a clinical trial proving your face needs ceramides. Meat was cheap. They are currently selling you the idea that you shouldn't eat it. The 20th century removed access to everything the body needs to function. The 21st century is selling it back, one subscription at a time. Your great-grandmother had none of the products. She had all of the things.

BBQ RULES: We are about to enter the BBQ season. Therefore it is important to refresh your memory on the etiquette of this sublime outdoor cooking activity . When a man volunteers to do the BBQ the following chain of events are put into motion: (1) The woman buys the food. Ensuring she is educated in the correct cuts of steak to purchase. (2) The woman makes the salad, prepares the vegetables, and makes dessert. (3) The woman prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray along with the necessary cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it to the man who is lounging beside the grill - beer in hand. (4) The woman remains outside the compulsory three meter exclusion zone where the exuberance of testosterone and other manly bonding activities can take place without the interference of the woman. Here comes the important part: (5) THE MAN PLACES THE MEAT ON THE GRILL. (6) The woman goes inside to organise the plates and cutlery. (7) The woman comes out to tell the man that the meat is looking great. He thanks her and asks if she will bring another beer while he flips the meat Important again: (8) THE MAN TAKES THE MEAT OFF THE GRILL AND HANDS IT TO THE WOMAN. (9) The woman prepares the plates, salad, bread, utensils, napkins, sauces, and brings them to the table. (10) After eating, the woman clears the table and does the dishes And most important of all: (11) Everyone PRAISES the MAN and THANKS HIM for his cooking efforts. (12) The man asks the woman how she enjoyed ' her night off ', and, upon seeing her annoyed reaction, concludes that there's just no pleasing some women. 🤣🤣

Chloe woke up at 6:45am and immediately felt proud of herself. She had, after all, not eaten a single animal product in four years. The planet was healing. She could feel it. 6:52am - Applied her morning SPF. The SPF contains beeswax. Chloe does not know this. Moving on. 7:10am - Breakfast: a smoothie containing avocado. The avocado was grown in Michoacán, Mexico, on land where a pine forest was until 2019. It required approximately 320 litres of water to produce. It was flown to the UK. Chloe sprinkled hemp seeds on top. The hemp seeds came from China. Chloe felt connected to the earth. 8:00am - Got dressed. Polyester leggings, derived from crude oil. A bamboo top that was processed using carbon disulphide in a Taiwanese chemical plant. Trainers with a recycled plastic upper that sheds microplastics into waterways with every wash. Chloe's outfit today had a higher carbon footprint than a ribeye steak. Chloe does not know this either. 9:30am - Posted on Instagram about choosing compassion. The phone was manufactured in a Shenzhen factory using cobalt from the DRC, where mining operations have displaced local communities and killed an unknowable number of small mammals, reptiles, and insects. The algorithm served Chloe an ad for oat milk. Chloe liked it. 12:00pm - Lunch: tofu stir-fry. The soy was grown in Brazil. Brazil produces more soy than almost any country on earth. The primary reason is soybean oil: one of the most widely used industrial and culinary oils on the planet. The soymeal left over after oil extraction is fed to livestock as a byproduct. Chloe is aware of the livestock connection and finds it outrageous. She has not looked into why the soy was grown in the first place. The answer is the oil. The oil is in her salad dressing. 1:30pm - Drove to the garden centre. The car runs on petrol. Chloe has a Just Stop Oil sticker on the bumper. This is not being commented on further. 3:00pm - Bought a monstera. The monstera was grown in a Dutch greenhouse using natural gas heating. Chloe put it next to the pothos that is slowly poisoning the neighbourhood cats. 6:00pm - Dinner: pasta with cashew cream sauce. The cashews were processed in Vietnam, often by workers in conditions that would prompt significant commentary if they were in an abattoir. 8:00pm - Watched a documentary about factory farming. Wept. Posted about it. Caption: "We have to do better." Chloe is, by every measure she has chosen to measure by, doing brilliantly. By some of the others, the picture is more complicated. Chloe has not chosen to measure by those.

Morning Just sat here thinking, some people, like myself are born adventurers, things that other people struggle with in a survival situation just seem to come naturally to me For example, I can tell the time just by looking at the position of the Sun ....right now it's daytime

We caught up with Keith this week to put the charges to him directly. Keith. The accusation, as I understand it, is that you and the wider ruminant community are bent on ecological destruction. Methane. Land use. Water. The usual list. How do you respond? Keith was on the barn roof. We climbed the roof to get closer. Keith, specifically: do you believe that your presence in this field represents a net negative for the British environment? Keith looked at us. He looked at the east ditch. The east ditch, which twelve months ago contained knotweed so established that the Environment Agency had quoted £4,000 and three years to remove it, is clear. The red campion that arrived in the knotweed's absence is flowering. He looked at the south bank. The south bank, which six months ago was a bramble monoculture of the specific density that supports nothing, is now open scrub with wildflower establishment at the margins. He looked at Steve's fence. We looked at Steve's fence. Keith looked back at us. Keith. Final question. Do you have anything to say to the people who believe ruminants are destroying the planet? Keith pressed his nose to the barn roof ridge and assessed the remaining lichen. The lichen is approximately 60% present. The rest of the roof needed managing. Keith is managing it. We climbed back down. Dave's log, that evening: "Keith had a journalist on the roof this morning. The journalist appeared to have fallen off at some point. Nobody was hurt. Keith continued with the lichen. Net outcome: neutral on the journalist, positive on the roof." Keith was unavailable for further comment. Keith had identified a new section.

i’ve come to the conclusion simply watching the puppet show unfolding that the only way any of humanity will survive the criminals destroying and even bloody consuming it ultimately, is simply for humanity to make conscious changes in life as you would in any other abusive relationship. Because in order to survive it - you have to totally disengage from the abuser. I predict People will eventually turn their backs on these criminals, they will have to, or they simply won’t survive. When the majority of the most defiant that’s left actually do that collectively you will remove their power. It’s a bit like the wizard of oz story, a big favourite of mine, full of truths and hidden meaning. It’s a life lesson that film. As the end of film approaches the good glenda tells dorothy that she could have always gone home any time she liked. she then goes on to tell Dorothy that she always had the power, to do so, she just didn’t know it and how to go about it. But it was as simple as clicking your heels together three times Let’s be honest - we have all seen behind the wizards curtain now haven’t we - so we know it’s mostly a lie and evil. We know who and what they are now. But like dorothy we do have the power to change it. By turning our backs on them on every level - all of us, together. Yes it will be challenging. What is lacking still is the will and the courage, but that disengagement will flourish in the coming days, you can feel it rising. A great awakening will become a great disengagement and that is what is needed. I think it is clear that these puppet criminals are desperate for a fight with us to push towards the end game This why they now endlessly bear bait, that is the strategy and it works doesn’t it. They endlessly incite you and then deal with the rebellion. problem and solution. But they are not at all prepared for you to simply peacefully totally turn your backs them, to unplug totally from them. It’s got to be easier than fighting? I suspect that approach en mass would totally fuck them up - they would openly lose their minds. because they wouldn’t know how to deal with that. Once you simply just ignore them totally - surely you’re on your way to winning. Because remember all abusers need a victim to be able to abuse. But people have to decide to stop being victims collectively. We all know that an abusive relationship only stops if you end it is my thinking and i am open to suggestions. i wonder would there be any sort of refuge anywhere will emerge for people who simply don’t want to live like this any more perhaps ? because the reality is there is no one group they are targeting No one faith, no one color. It is ALL of you. You are all being exploited, abused and poisoned and culled, plundered and even in some cases - eaten. Humanity clearly has a common enemy, but collectively we are utterly amazing and capable of anything. But only together.
