Hey guys, I need tips on how to not shut down around doctors and invalidate my trauma and mental health. I had an appointment yesterday and I couldn't stop myself from downplaying what I needed to tell the Psychiatrist. I did get prescribed Prozac tho, so uh, wish me luck
