In 2017 our Central Team worked with @LPDAssociates to create this Team Charter for our ways of being. We regularly review it & reflect on the impact we're having. Last week it was great to have the views of new members of our team who brought fresh perspectives. Here's 2023's!😃

Wonderful to work with @LPDAssociates recently, thinking about not living in 'Maybe'. Too easy to say "I might..." or "Probably...". It's time to be more definite; "Yes" or "No". Small steps are going to make a big difference and create more focus. (I might have an odd maybe!)

@BoothroydAcad Thanks @ChudovaUkrainka, it was a pleasure to with the @BoothroydAcad team as usual. I hope it helps during what can sometimes be a stressful time of year although it was great to hear that many of the staff understood that stress, when managed, can be positive force too.

Thank you @LPDAssociates for providing colleagues with a 2nd session on personality types. Staff explored how stress affects our type with a key focus on how we respond to that stress. As humans, we may be predisposed but the more we know the better our decision making can be.

@FocusTrust1 I think Pauline will be a real asset to the team! 😂
