This is what a rigged 'game' looks like. No government at any level should be subsidizing or favoring any sector of the market. When markets are allowed to work, when people have the economic freedom to choose, people thrive. When markets are controlled and people's choices are stifled - whether directly or indirectly, through deliberate fraud or well meaning but fundamentally incapable centralization - markets fail, and human misery and suffering is the predictable result.

This is 100% completely unsustainable as a society. Nearly 50% of all consumer spending now comes from the top 10% of earners. The bottom 80%? Their share keeps falling. This is why the economy can look strong in the data while millions of people feel like they're falling behind.
