Art progress is like climbing a rock wall - If you constantly gaze up at the people at the top thinking "They are so far up, I could never reach that level, maybe I should just quit" You'll have a difficult time. But if you just focus on the very next grip that will get you a little higher, and work on getting there, and slowly claw your way up the wall, One day you will look back and see that you've climbed so far from where you started. Maybe by that time, you'd even have reached the level of the people that you once thought were impossible to emulate. So keep climbing!

Bad news, Dreadrith, one of the biggest script/tool creators for vrc unity stuff have basically taken all of his work down, and revoked access to Controller Editor (against his own terms) This is incredibly devastating to me and I am very sad as I use this for everything

Project management is UNDERRATED in the vtuber art industry It's not something that can be showcased in a pretty video, but it can make or break a project depending on how well the artist can communicate and fulfil client expectations and deadlines!

Ok this one is done, I will let the squad test it out and if it's all, or mostly good, I'll consider getting more people into the cool kidZ club🗣️ Thanks to the help of a friend, production of these characters should be faster as they taught me cool tricks with v scripting. ✌️

@pastell_vtuber These kinds of feats are extremely impressive, but 430 hours on one project for one person is genuinely insane. We need more teaming up among 3D artists

I'm so close to wrapping up a 3D project that has over 430 hours of love and care put into it!! -^u^- The client is the sweetest person in the world and I'm so incredibly lucky to work with them. 🩵 Once that project is done, I want to start streaming 1:1 modeling again! I really miss yapping and teaching T_T This time, I'm not going to let anxiety stop me! 🫂

@MVjagaimo If 3D artists organized and collaborated and delegated work to one another in groups, we'd have more 3D vtubers of higher quality much faster with less burnout

@MVjagaimo If there were more teams like yours for the 3D talent to join, we'd see a revolution. Doing a full high quality 3D Vtuber completely solo requires practically a PhD and years of experience as a generalist. It's also a mind shattering amount of work and takes forever

Not too long ago in the vtuber scene, 3D was commonly seen as a lower quality option compared to 2D I hope that with the new generation of talented 3D artists, technical artists, and developers, we can make 3D fun and beautiful together!

Several people have asked to join Mofu Workshop but we can't take on anyone new due to bandwidth :( Nothing's stopping you from creating a team with like-minded artists though!! Many Live2D riggers and artists team up to make models - why don't more people do the same for 3D?
