La pression et la lâcheté ont été responsables de bien des atrocités... 🤔

Ci stanno abituando a vivere con il fiato corto. Un giorno l’hantavirus. Un giorno la guerra. Un giorno il collasso climatico imminente. Un giorno l’ennesima emergenza raccontata come se il mondo dovesse finire entro sera. Informare è necessario. Terrorizzare è un’altra cosa. La realtà è complessa, certo. Ci sono rischi, crisi, conflitti, problemi sanitari, climatici, economici. Nessuna persona seria li nega. Ma tra conoscere un problema e vivere prigionieri dell’allarme permanente c’è una differenza enorme. La calma non è superficialità, è disciplina mentale. Si possono prendere sul serio virus, guerre, clima ed emergenze senza trasformare ogni notizia in una condanna psicologica collettiva. Per questo oggi voglio dire una cosa semplice: respirate. Non serve spegnere il cervello. Serve non consegnarlo alla paura. Guardate anche ciò che funziona. La primavera che fa la primavera. La pioggia che nutre i suoli. L’aria che cambia. La natura che, nonostante tutto, continua a seguire i suoi ritmi. La scienza, quando è comunicata bene, non serve ad aumentare l’ansia. Serve a dare misura. Un popolo informato ragiona. Un popolo terrorizzato reagisce soltanto. E noi abbiamo bisogno di lucidità, non di panico.
