These inmates are being released from prison after serving sentences that are in some cases a life time for folks. It's kind of sad to hear them speak of the harsh reality of the world they once had that is now over. The thought of losing everything should be enough deter anyone.

On April 7, 30-year-old Jason Nichols tried to kick in the front door of a home where a woman and child were inside. Failing that, he smashed through a sliding glass door. The husband, watching via security camera while away, raced home, grabbed a shovel, and confronted Nichols as he entered. A fight broke out, both men suffered head injuries. The wife and child were unharmed. Police praised the homeowner’s quick actions. Nichols faces multiple felony charges including first-degree burglary.
