‘If I can say that Christianity is true, then surely Muslims must have equal freedom to say Islam is true.’ Except that: - This country is built on Christianity, not Islam - Saying Islam is true is also a political statement calling for the transformation of western nations into Islamic states, and is not merely a statement of ‘spiritual’ belief - Islam was started by a warlord who forced himself on a 9 year old while Christianity was started by the greatest moral figure to ever live - Islam is bad and Christianity is good - Islam is false and Christianity is correct x.com/I_amMukhtar/st…

I wish @charliekirk11 was here to witness this day. He would be on the phone with guys in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Missouri, working to coordinate redistricting efforts in all Red states as soon as possible. He'd be using his platform both on X and on his podcast to call out Republicans who refuse to immediately redistrict. But Charlie isn't here anymore. We need people to step up and do this work. It doesn't get done on its own unless you have a champion in there to do it himself. Case in point: Ron DeSantis unveiled a new Congressional map, and within 48 hours, it was on his desk to sign. But that kind of leadership is exceedingly rare. Most politicians want to do nothing because doing things creates angry voters. Inertia is the most powerful political force there is, and unless you have a champion already in office, you need activists to get the ball rolling.

@Thatbrian 💯. Most of what Dave says is good advice... if we were living in 1995. He's totally disconnected from present reality.

This is a perfect example of the Boomer disconnect that pisses off Millennials and Zoomers. Your power-washing gig got crushed because illegal immigrants — getting free housing and food on our dime — underbid you into oblivion. Then your coding job was handed to an H-1B visa Indian. So what’s your advice now, @DaveRamsey?
Yonan@yonann

Dave Ramsey says a $600 pressure washing job can be the first step to making 150K a year "You don’t want to be 63 years old still pressure washing. But to get through this week, you can do a lot of pressure washing" "Use the pressure washing money to pay $10,000 for code school, then go make 150K a year coding, every move should be a step toward where you want to be in 10 years"

Correct, but you’ve got the causality backwards. You’re acting like the ghost of Carl Schmitt possessed this libtard to try to kill the President. In reality, all you’re seeing here is a vindication of Schmitt’s assessment of what happens once liberalism loses the ability to hide enmity between rival political groups. This is an incredible self own. Nice job!

Vermeule won't like it, but the would-be assassin's manifesto reflects the Schmittian friend-enemy distinction taken to its insidious conclusion. He decided the people he disliked were "enemies" while entertaining delusions that he was "saving" the country.

There’s only one question that potential judges should be asked before any Republican administration appoints them to any court at the state or federal level: “Will you rule in our favor every single time without exception?” This is already the default question all libtard judges get asked by their Democrat appointees. It’s why you’ll see idiots like Ketanji Jackson arguing in United States v. Skrmetti that states have no right to ban transition surgeries on minors, and then 9 months later, declare in Chiles v. Salazar that the state’s right to regulate the practice of medicine is absolute. The consistency is whatever advances the eternal Progressive omnicause. That’s it. There is no other consideration given to case law, precedent, the constitution, checks and balances, federalism, or any other procedural principle that conservatives restrain themselves by because they alone believe in these things. But this cannot go on forever. Something is going to give. If one side appoints essentially total hacks who care about nothing but total political power for their ideological co-belligerents while the other appoints principled losers who care about the process or public opinion, then the side that is determined to force its will through the legal process is eventually going to win. The only winning move is to call the Left’s bluff on this prisoner’s dilemma and appoint judges who rule exactly as they do, but in service of explicitly Right-wing outcomes rather than merely conservative processes.

The Supreme Court has handed Republicans in Texas a win by striking down lower a court block on the state's new congressional district map. Kagan, Sotomayor & Jackson dissented.

One side thinks politics will improve when we restore decency. The other thinks it’ll improve when we use power to punish evildoers.

Why isn’t she more upset??” Erika Kirk seen laughing: “What’s so funny? Her husband just died!” Erika Kirk seen frowning: “Why’s she scowling like that? What’s she so angry about???” Erika Kirk seen existing in public: “She should be home with her kids! She’s abandoned them!” Erika Kirk not seen existing in public: “Where is she? What is she hiding??? Why is she being so suspiciously quiet????” Erika Kirk seen eating pancakes: “Look at this stupid bimbo eating pancakes! Too good for waffles huh?” Erika Kirk seen eating waffles: “Really INTERESTING that she chose waffles of all things! Kind of suspicious if you ask me!”

There’s a home nearby where someone on a motorcycle crashed and died at the edge of their yard in front of the house. Ever since, there’s been a makeshift memorial set up there. The owner doesn’t want it there but people keep setting stuff up. What’s your take on this?
