@BassFromThePast agree on the four day work weeks but let’s pump the breaks on the 4/10 WHOAAA. I can make a legitimate argument that i’ll be as productive, if not more productive, with a 3 day weekend and a 4/8 schedule.

Why has the 9-5 part of society not banded together yet and made Fridays either 1) half-work days or 2) obsolete entirely.

Who said New Years Resolutions aren’t good for anything? As of today I am officially sub 190 after starting the year at 225 and giving myself a 2024 goal of getting to 190. Don’t stop grinding everyday. 🥂

to work hard even after shifting my priorities and goals in life outside of the gym. 9 months after starting the grind, my best piece of advice is just to go. Don’t try to start tomorrow, or even next week. Go today. You’ll feel healthier and happier and never look back. 3/3

Before I started, I felt super sluggish, I would just play rl or val all day and felt terrible at work/school. Now that I’ve been putting in the work, increasing strength and dropping weight, I feel so much happier day to day and have built the routine where I’ll continue 2/3

Haven’t really updated on my fitness journey but as of this morning I’m down 30lbs for the year. Goal on January 1st was 35lbs for the year so I have plenty of time to get those last 5 in and I might actually go for another 10-15lbs drop from here. Feel 100x better everyday. 1/3

If I’m just gaming / studying, 300mbps up/down is sufficient right? I wouldn’t need 500 or even 1gig right? I’ll be moving into an apartment by myself too so probably 2-4 devices at the most. Also, would that number change at all if I ever wanted to stream/upload to YT?
