Proud to share that @EliLillyandCo signed a definitive agreement to acquire our portfolio company Vaccine Company (VaxCo) for up to $1.55B in an all-cash transaction. We backed VaxCo in 2024 as a co-founding investor, believing early in the team, science, and potential of its differentiated vaccine platform. VaxCo is developing next-generation EBV vaccines with the potential to address infectious mononucleosis, multiple sclerosis, and certain cancers. Congratulations to the entire VaxCo team on this major milestone. Excited to see the platform continue advancing through Lilly’s global scale and commitment to innovation.
