It is always sad when long-term volunteers leave us at MASH. Georgia has been a volunteer with us at MASH since May 2022, being a regular volunteer at the Drop-in and more recently started doing some outreach shifts too. She is leaving to go travelling and we wish her the best!

Some of our volunteers are really talented chefs and prepare some amazing meals for the women to enjoy at Drop-in. In the last week alone, we have had a gorgeous cottage pie made by Jess and a stunning vegetable pasta bake made by Natalie. #ThankYou #Volunteering #Volunteers

Zines are a way of expressing your feelings and opinions, in an almost mini-magazine/leaflet. They allow you to fully use your imagination. When Jess led the session, the women were so engaged, and "One service user was really keen to do them again." #ThankYou #Volunteering

Our volunteers are so important to us. Without them, we wouldn't be able to run our services. We went to Navarro Lounge for some food and then to @rncmlive for tickets gifted to us at their RNCM Session Orchestra: Original Artists Edition. It was so inspiring!
