@WeylandR @ctstiles @ReviewOfHockey No they weren’t! I used it figuratively. They were originally used as a scapegoat, there was discussions with the team manager, hockey Edmonton and CAC president. It was all a bunch of BS and rumors were dropped regarding the team.

@MBSThompson @ctstiles @ReviewOfHockey An HSL team can’t go. The tournament is sanctioned with Hockey Quebec hence Canada. I heard this rumour as well, but no way it can happen. I also heard the rumour the team last year had ‘issues’ whatever that means.
