@Se_Railway I did a search from MDE to LBG but I will bear that in mind in the future - this morning is clearly not my morning, but at least it’s not raining - yet!

@MDMears Thanks Mark. Were you searching for the journey specifically from Maidstone Barracks/West to a specific London Station? The search from 'Maidstone East West or Barracks' to 'London Terminals' will bring up the full options ^EP

@Se_Railway a lot of pax currently waiting at MDW for late running 0455 service to TON but no station staff to OPEN UP the station. Live tracking on app also doesn’t appear to be working.

@Se_Railway Both SETraind & National Rail - this seems to be a regular prob since the time table change. Interestingly, the guard on train to Strood who sold me the HS1 upgrade was said I should have to buy one. I have to avoid any issues but there are definitely a mix of views on this.

@MDMears Glad to hear you've submitted your claim and are on your way. Can you let me know which search or section of the app you used to find alternate journeys? ^EP

@Se_Railway Thank you but I’m already half way to Strood as the CHX 0614 didn’t show on the app. Guess I’ll have to pay the upgrade then, although I’m not impressed about it. Delay and Repay already submitted.

@MDMears If you're able, it may be worth walking to Maidstone East. There's a 6:14 train to Charing Cross (arrives 07:18). You can also travel via Strood using the high speed (arriving 07:04), although ticket acceptance is not in place for non-highspeed tickets. ^EP

@Se_Railway Im trying to get to LBG, BFR or CHX. STP the walking is my next best option.

@MDMears I'm afraid the train is now terminating. Tickets won't be valid on High Speed, but you may purchase an upgrade, and apply for delay repay compensation. Where are you travelling to? ^EP

@Se_Railway Will TIX be valid in HS1 to STP if this train doesn’t move in the next 10mins or is CANX?

@Se_Railway We are now on the train but it was PAX leaving the station that opened the door I think. Not very acceptable. Driver currently investigating fault on the train.

@MDMears Hi Mark, apologies for this. We're aware of the station being closed, and are working to arrange someone to attend. The 04:55 has unfortunately been delayed as the train developed a fault outside Maidstone Barracks. ^EP
