February 2026 marks the 100th anniversary of Black History Month. It is a good time to remember Michael Jackson’s contributions to the Black community including his work on the NAACP’s anti-racism and voter registration campaigns, and with the UNCF to expand education access.
A statement regarding Michael Jackson being linked to a visit to Jeffery Epstein’s property in Florida in 2002/3. As predicted, media outlets around the world decided to use Michael’s name in headlines following the release of public profile names mentioned in a document relating to deceased sex offender Jeffery Epstein. It’s now clear that their was no untoward behaviour on MJ’s part as disclosed by Joanna Sjoberg - one of Epsteins victims - much to the disappointment of the minority trolls and haters online, hellbent in doing all they can to perpetuate false accusations against him, despite the mounting evidence of MJ’s innocence. In fact, new outlets have actually reported that MJ was visiting Epsteins personal island - further exposing both lazy journalism and the media’s agenda to twist the truth. It’s MJI’s understanding that Michael Jackson was looking to buy Epsteins house in Palm Beach towards the very end of 2002, hence his visit there. Our research also showed that he wanted to live in the area so he could be close to his dear friend Barry Gibb. Furthermore, it’s to our knowledge that MJ did not even know who Jeffery Epstein was when he visited the property. Epsteins property was one of many many houses that Michael Jackson looked at in Florida during that time period. It must be deeply frustrating for those who had hoped for some ‘smoking gun’ in their quest to further vilify MJ, when in actual fact the opposite has happened. Following today’s leak, there has been so much love and support for MJ and we welcome it all.
