Supergirl SUCKS, it’s not mid, it’s a shit-show of an incompetent movie that was not ready to be released, it baffles me that a “big” movie can be so underbaked and still be called a finished product and hit theaters I didn’t had too high expectations, and I’m still underwhelmed

After Batgirl (2022) was canceled, director Bilall Fallah says co-director Adil El Arbi told him to "shoot everything on your phone" before the footage vanished. By the time he checked the server, he had already been blocked by the studio, "everything was gone" — including the scenes featuring Michael Keaton's Batman. Adding to the frustration, Brendan Fraser who was cast as the villain Firefly, later said the film's Gotham, created using Glasgow, was one of the best versions of the city he'd ever seen. It was Warner Bros. Discovery that made the unprecedented decision to shelve the completed $90 million Batgirl movie as a tax write-off in August 2022. Both directors expressed extreme frustration that they couldn't even keep the rare scenes they had shot featuring Michael Keaton as Batman, which were permanently lost to them.

This film is not as good as the 84 movie which also flopped supergirl 84 has grace charm a brilliant lead that lights up the screen with a brilliant experienced supporting cast this movie has no experience you needed a hart botchner or a Chris pine in this movie

Milly Alcock’s Supergirl is just as enigmatic as the first time we saw her - carrying the film on her back. But her acting alongside the heartfelt message boasting beauty of imperfection isn’t enough. It, like many superhero films of late, adds nothing meaningful to the genre.

#Supergirl was a fine movie. Milly was Incredible as Supergirl and can’t wait to see her more while Lobo was super fun to watch every time he’s on screen. But unfortunately Krem was super bland and forgettable while the ending didn’t hit on the level of the comics. Also the editing was very weird in some moments, idk if that’s just me. 7/10 for me and to be honest It’s a super fun ride that I recommend to you for watching!

Never fear. #Supergirl is a fun ride. Not quite to the level of last year's Superman, but still enjoyable. The movie definitely plays with the James Gunn paint by numbers movie making toolbox, definitely worth more than one watch. Score: 7/10

#Supergirl Has all the right ingredients to pack a punch.. I sadly just didn’t feel the impact. Milly Alcock is GREAT as Supergirl, her backstory is engaging, Momoa’s Lobo is a fun highlight. But w/ a bland villain, generic action, & poor editing I came out feeling underwhelmed.
