@metpoliceuk officers were on hand to give VAWG prevention advice regarding our Ask for Angela Initiative at the @ChelseaFCW football game today. People who feel unsafe, vulnerable or threatened can discreetly seek help by approaching venue staff and asking them for ‘Angela’.

A Servette FC supporter was today convicted of assaulting a police officer before the #CFC v Servette FC fixture on Thursday. He was fined over £2,300 and banned from attending football fixtures in the UK for 4 years.

A Finland based #CFC supporter who assaulted a female #Chelsea supporter after the #EFC match has been convicted and issued with a Football Banning Order. The male, aged 28, was remanded in custody to Westminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday morning and found guilty.

Drug use during football matches can often lead to violence and the Met will be robust in tackling this. Stadiums should be safe places for everyone and we will continue to work with clubs in London to take firm action against fans who break the law.

⚖️ Five men who were caught with Class A drugs at a Premier League game have been banned from going to football matches for three years.  The away fans were arrested by Met officers during Tottenham's game against Everton at the #Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 23 December 2023.

A Chelsea FC supporter was convicted of a racially aggravated public order offence today at Thames Magistrates Court. He was seen performing a Nazi Salute towards Spurs fans during the fixture at WHL on 06.11.23. Fined and given a 3 year FBO. #CFC #THFC
