We often say 'civil servants are lazy!' This is James, a govt worker🇲🇼 who, of his own accord, mapped 26 boreholes in the flood zone following #cycloneana bcoz 'he felt the information might be of interest'. He has since been told to stop for his own safety. #passion #inspired
