For a drama that has just aired 1 episode, a 9.9 rating is a "MONSTER" score. That’s insane, this is nearly perfect. Congratulations, LUAT. (This can happen because of massive hype and fandom loyalty. Applause to all fandoms who contributed such incredible effort). Ayuthaya people from the Indonesian branch truly deserve a thumbs up. But even with a 9.9 score, there are still 6 other series above LUAT (and those series have been airing for a long time, some are even already finished). In the TOP 10 lineup, LUAT is the only series that has just aired 1 episode. (Alright, another round of applause). I still believe that the magNETic boy is the reason for the traffic. This drama immediately sits among the elite ranks even though it has just begun. His big name is still big, I'm proud, very proud! But can I give an honest comment. I deliberately held myself back for a few days from commenting because I was worried that what I write might hurt others. However, everyone has the right to have an opinion, right? As someone who has been waiting for this series to air (4 years), I have invested quite a lot of feelings into this. There is such a deep longing to see Net return to the screen as the main lead. Unfortunately, in episode 1, Phop’s screen time is no more than 10%. CAMEO TRAP? This is very surprising to me. Net is not a cameo, he is the main character, but his screen portion is very unbalanced. A 'slow burn' plot that went too far. I understand that the director may have reasons to build the story in detail through one POV first, but with a duration this extreme, it feels unfair to me. (Forgive me, this is just the mindset of a fan who misses Net). It feels like being slowly tortured, and-boom- Phop appears at the ending only as a reward. JJ performed very well in this episode 1 (truly an actor with a promising future). He is funny, science-logic driven, but confronted with the reality that there are things that cannot be explained by logic. The appearance of the 'Gwenchana' dialogue is a 'gong'. I have to admit, the scriptwriter is smart for picking a conversation that was once very viral, and it will stick in memory for a long time. "Congratulations, JJ. You have delivered a solid acting performance." The character Nakhun is portrayed very 'human' I mean, no matter how smart someone is, they must have weaknesses. He does not master history and, for the first time in his life, gets a bad grade. For a top student, this is a hard blow. I like how this becomes a common thread to connect to the past, so there is no plot hole here. Cool! There are many epic scenes from JJ that have already been discussed a lot, so I will not go into that again. Conclusion: Episode 1 of LUAT = Nakhun Show, and Phop is a reward at the ending.
