Putting whole cloves in your mouth after your dental routine is so soothing. That eugenol feels so good on the gums, especially if they're mildly irritated.

Working out and meditation are a combo along with doing my makeup early in the morning. My best morning routines are comprised of prayer, exercise, coffee, a small breakfast, and doing my makeup. It brings me so much joy.
