@thameswater My neighbours have been reporting this with yourselves for quite some time now , and it’s still not resolved . This is a lot of water waste going down the drain, and on a daily basis for weeks now. When will you finally send someone to fix this!?

As a London renters member I shall be there. I was at the @homes4alluk Demo back in 2016 and at the time I was in temporary accommodation, but nearly 10 yrs later and I’m in a council property with housing issues still. Let’s make this the biggest housing protest the uk has seen.

So I finally got my fire escape door fixed this week, and after being left waiting almost a year.
It’s great that I can open it again but LEMB should have resolved this months ago .

As a disabled person living on the Loughborough estate it’s difficult ,but thankfully we have Fabulous neighbours coming together to support each other and speaking out. I have got disrepairs which have been ignored by LEMB such as a fire escape door that doesn’t open.

Today residents received this letter from Lambeth Council threatening to take LEMB to high court if they do not obey their own rules!
This is all down to relentless, coordinated demands from organised residents and serious legal pressure from our solicitors.

The Loughborough estate in Brixton has been left to deteriorate by both the TMO and @lambeth_council.
Anastasia and her mum should be rehoused by the council as technically she’s homeless by the legal definition.

2. We were asked to look at this back in 2017. Lambeth have known about this situation for a long time. Why didn't they do anything about it.
