@UABUroOnc @urorogerio @asajimd @IntuitiveSurg Dr Nix, the new instruments come in 2 configurations. One with Extended Elbows and one with “standard” elbows. BOTH configurations come with better wrist articulation. Call me and ai can walk you through the changes.

SP transvesical simple prostatectomy with 3rd gen extended range instruments appear to have more clashing laterally (due to the longer forearm). Standard instruments may be better for small working spaces ie. transvesical and EP RALP with narrow pelvis @asajimd @MickeyBmickeyB
