BREAKING: A Writ of Habeas Corpus has been filed in the Circuit Court of the City of Norfolk for Franklin Tolbert. MAIP uncovered Brady material pointing to actual innocence. This evidence was withheld at his initial trial in violation of due process.

BREAKING NEWS: An oral argument has been granted for Anthony Faltz. The argument will be made in front of a three-judge panel at the DC Court of Appeals. With the help of co-counsel at Hunton Andrews Kurth, we will continue the fight for Anthony's exoneration.
