Last week was pretty busy; we delivered 5 new features and engaged with more than 50k of our users. 👉 Received almost 10,000 impressions on the LinkedIn post 👉 Every 3rd customer of ours is now using our AI dashboard (thats amazing adoption) 👉 More than 15 meetings booked from newsletters in a single week (some of them are our old prospects who didn’t turn earlier but have now restarted the conversation). thats's excluding our ongoing outbound/inbound funnel. 👉 More than 20% customer started using the Notebook Curious about those features? Here are quick glimpses. ✅ AI Dashboard - It allows you to create a dashboard with simple prompts. No longer need to manually select metrics, attributes, filters, or aggregations. ✅ Notebook - You can now create notebooks to combine logs, metrics, and traces, and add notes for full context. This makes it easy to analyze incidents and performance issues in a single, shareable document. ✅ Endpoint monitoring - It helps you track and optimize your API performance. You can monitor endpoints directly from your application or upload a list of endpoints manually. Middleware provides key performance metrics such as request rate, success rate, response time, dependencies, errors, etc. ✅ Observability Pipeline - you can define pipeline rules to manage how logs, metrics, and traces are processed and ingested into Middleware. This allows you to filter unnecessary data, apply ingestion controls, and keep only what matters. ✅ Upgraded integration - enhanced Vercel integration and launched RUM (real user monitoring) support for Flutter. Recap of 2025: It was another big year for us at @Middleware_Labs We delivered more than 12 big features, launched Ops AI and upgraded across APM, logs, RUM, cloud integrations, and UI/UX. ✅ Our customer base has grown from 200 to 500 and continues to grow... ✅ Our organic GTM motion plays a key role, along with events and conferences ✅ We delivered more than 350+ integrations and its continue... ✅ Most advanced feature OpsAI launched with APM, RUM and Kubernetes capabilities, where our autonomous detection and remediation is the flagship differentiator on top of the existing full‑stack observability platform.​ ✅ Launched GitHub and BitBucket integrations ✅ AI‑built dashboards for faster onboarding and insight discovery. ✅ Launched MCP server ✅ Onboarded a few enterprise customers (earlier was mostly focusing on SMB, now moving towards medium to enterprise customers. ✅ Selected for Microsoft Startups Pegasus Program ✅ Hired the first salesperson and then grew a team of 4 people. ✅ Our ARR grown almost 200% ✅ Our head grown slightly.
