@Moda_Health I strongly believe you have a bug in your backend, and that it is causing people to lose health insurance.

This is on me, because I stupidly believed my insurer, but MODA health was telling me until yesterday that my ACA plan would simply continue without any intervention on my part. And now I am uninsured until February 1st, America is a failed state.
