Western media is running another cope campaign about Ukraine stopping a whopping 40% of Russian oil exports, by hitting two ports in the Baltic sea. The last time they claimed Ukraine destroyed 40% of Russia's oil refining capacity, the real number was a meager 3%. Mind you, this new hopium is "according to calculations made by Reuters".
