@TheHedgememe 1000% even if it hypoetically wasn’t his choice this mf zero would go w it anyways without a fight because he has this deep self hatred of himself because he thinks he is responsible for the sigma virus and the pain it caused

@Moth_face25 It's probably a mix of both of these things because Zero's sense of guilt he silently suffers with throughout WOULD motivate him to seal himself away in this manner, but the Hunters probably also had an inkling following Eurasia that Zero had a connection to the Sigma Virus.

The mmz audio dramas with X asking "are you okay with this?" Always made me think it was a goverment mandated thing instead of a choice for zero to go into stasis, buuuuut interpretations can vary for everyone

@TheHedgememe Exactlyyyyy and it would make sense for Zero to not tell X this because he’s a stupid chud sometimes hence why maybe X assumes it wasn’t a personnel decision
Me personally I came to my conclusion partly because I view the mmz timeline as seperate from X6 stasis ending

@armathior Omega🥶 ZX is definitely hard but fair on normal mode I was fighting for my LIFE on the INTRO BOSS 😭😭😭 but damn did it feel good when I slimed that snake out

(Don't try to fight the bonus boss though. He's absolutely brutal even on easy.)

I’m lowk guilty of this but I think it is a valid interpretation for the small period of time where Zero is post sigma forehead gem punching and is presumably a more greenhorn maverick hunter, that boy is two days old 😭😭

It bugs me when Zero is portrayed solely like he's the broody introverted one who is nothing but pragmatic, doesn't understand emotion and for lack of a better word- acts robotic. I feel it's not only a misunderstanding of Zero on a fundamental level but also his creator Dr. Wily

This is not something hard to see at all and I can’t believe it took me this long to notice it but the yellow squares on Megaman.exe’s helmet are meant to reference classic Megaman’s blocky helmet frill things

Another fun fact about manga iris , her introduction scene contrast her fight with the image of an angel vs that of a demon , this probably reflect zero's black and white mentality and how he couldn't look at her as a complex person , either all good or all bad
