A guard in black repeatedly tells a disruptive woman (and her group) they have to leave, physically escorts her out, and warns the others multiple times. They refuse, argue ("you pay me checkers"), and egg on a fight ("beat his ass"). He gives them every chance to de-escalate before it turns physical outside.
