@David_O_91 Got to look at the bigger picture, this isnt so much about Chelsea its more about how inconsistent this punishments are. How can you give a fine as extreme to a club like QPR ( which could of easily destroyed us) and give a transfer ban aswell. Then Chelsea get let off with this?
