Can any sleep experts give me some pointers? Hands down this is the worst area in my fitness journey/life. I take magnesium glycinate every night and wake up around 6:30 everyday but can’t fall or stay asleep longer than 3 hours.

I always had the passion in me to be the best. It was never about the money, the clout, but simply my love for this esport. As I’ve grown into my career, aspects that brought me this joy began to fade. It was never a dream of mine to go pro in Call of Duty.. but man does it feel like I have truly lived one.
