@KeithJCarberry I really love Melissa Clark’s pressure cooker pork with citrus and mint and it usually makes enough broth for about a quart of beans. The Fiesta beans from the cookbook Pescan is cooked with half an orange and has a similarity delightful citrus note.

@MrSnickers ok yes i have semirecently started making my own soup and wasnt sure if this was before i cared about soup and was talking shit. love black beans, never cooked then in pulled pork broth but i have had them in soup with a pork stock base and that was great ill have to try your way
