The library was BUSY this week! On Monday and Tuesday, Ms. Robinson's Health Science students presented their research topics to other HST classes. Students practicing real-world skills & demonstrating their content mastery! @gisdnews @NGHS_Raiders @nghs_mst @nghsHOSA

In April, the library was a distribution location for the @NGHS_Raiders yearbook! The yearbook staff did a GREAT job creating & distributing an amazing tribute to this school year! Congrats @Daleon_James & staff! @GISDREADS @gisdnews

Teacher Appreciation Week in the Library! 😀Teacher Appreciation Luncheon provided by our @NGHS_Raiders admin! 🍎FTI students read books to ALE students & helped them complete a craft ✂️ ALL students had fun & a great way for FTI to gain skills working w/ students!

Last Friday, the library hosted the AVID senior breakfast! It was great to celebrate these seniors and be the community space for one of their EOY senior class events 🎉🎓 @AVIDGISD @NGHS_Raiders @gisdnews @GISDREADS

Collaborated w/ Dr. King & Ms. Corbin on an annotated bibliography assignment for E4 to help students learn college-level research skills! Students finding articles over 1984 & surveillance using @galecengage Academic Onefile & practicing creating MLA citations @NGHS_Raiders

On April 21st, the NGHS Library partnered with @garlandtxgov Garland Public Library to create buttons for students! Thank you to the GPL librarians who made this event a success! Students LOVED their buttons! @NGHS_Raiders @gisdnews @GISDREADS @gisdengagement
