BREAKING!!! Federal Judge Bumb granted our TRO to stop the enforcement of Governor Murphy’s unconstitutional law that that banned the carry of a firearm for self defense where we would need it the most! In simple terms the so-called “sensitive areas” section cannot be enforced

We are in federal court today for our lawsuit to overturn NJ’s unconstitutional and racist self-defense laws Governor Murphy recently signed! We hope the judge will grant our emergency order to put the law on hold and restore our right to protect ourselves.
