발리 나스르 책 읽고 드는 생각. 우리는 너무 오래 🇰🇵과 🇮🇷을 "불량국가"로 한 묶음 취급했다. 솔직히 좀 게으른 프레임 같다. 평양은 그저 정권 생존이 목표고, 이란은 지배하려는 거다. 핵 셈법도 다르고, 대리전 스케일도 차원이 다르다. 새삼스럽지 않지만 같은 카테고리에 넣는 것 자체가 틀렸다.

한국은 13일 61차 유엔인권이사회에서 북한의 농가 소득 개혁,장애인협약 심사, UPR 참여를 환영하면서도, 정치범 수용소, 사형 확대, 러시아 파병, 반인도범죄 등 가장 심각한 인권 침해는 거론하지 않았다. 같은 자리에서 EU와 영국이 이 모든 사안을 명시한 것과 대조적임.

At HRC61, South Korea welcomed DPRK farm reforms & UPR participation but didn't name political prison camps, expanding death penalty, troop deployment to Russia, or crimes against humanity. The EU & UK named them all. The contrast speaks for itself.
