#LGM I've been wondering...why is it that Benge, Baty, Vientos, Mauricio, etc, takes so long to get going in the majors, when they ripped the heck out of the ball in the minors? Why does Tong, and others struggle in the majors, yet accel in the minors...while a select few transition well to the majors...ie McLean? Who is ultimately responsible for their development? Who has the capacity to ensure these guys develop to their max? Who has the skills to make sure they develop properly and efficiently...that isn't a computer or an AI program?
