@NonsoEzeani1 @babatunde_o_a I feel like it's a great path especially to new comers who don't have reference in the uk. Imagine having a reference linked to the council as a new comer. That's a plus in getting a better job

@babatunde_o_a Isn’t it pointless if sponsorship isn’t available? A couple of chaps who dived into the DWP and HMRC all came out begging for roles in care homes once the salary threshold went south.

The UK civil service is one of the most stable employers in the country. No visa sponsorship required for most roles. Pension. Job security. Clear progression. But most people have no idea how to actually get in. Here's everything you need to know 🧵

The higher you rise, the more you must learn to disappoint people cleanly, because every mission worth protecting will require you to refuse invitations, withhold explanations, break expectations, and let someone call you selfish for choosing your future over their comfort.

Btw, Nigerian men love wigs like maddd Don’t let them lie to you😂 An average Nigerian man would place you on a pedestal because of the wig you have on your head. They are worse than the women, trust me.

I watched a documentary yesterday where a woman went to the police and said she’s been getting vile emails off her ex from 20 years ago, you see her on the body cam talking to the police with all the evidence including being sent pics of her husband going to work from the stalker

People who claim to have no agenda are the most dangerous players in any room. Everyone has an agenda. It is structurally impossible not to. Everyone has subjective preferences, constraints, and goals. And every interaction either advances or threatens them. But the person who claims to have no agenda has likely learned that hiding it is far more effective than openly broadcasting it. Ignore the claim.

Game theory shows that betrayal doesn't have to be personal. Sometimes, it's due to unfortunate circumstances or misaligned incentives. Yet, it also teaches to never just forgive and forget. Always remember to punish defections and reward cooperation. It's the only reliable way to avoid long-term fallouts. Enforce limits.

Game theory explains why forgiving someone who has not paid a cost for betraying you is a vicious mistake dressed up as a virtue. Forgiveness without consequence never 'resets' the relationship. It updates the other person's model of your response function. You now taught them that betrayal costs nothing. So, the next defection is cheaper than the first one. You have effectively lowered the price of breaking your trust. Genuine repair requires that the cost of defection be visible and proportional before the relationship resumes. Everything else is an invitation to defection.

A lady came out to talk about how the bread she bought had allegedly been on her shelf for 2 months without going bad, even looking fresh. She made sure not to mention any brand and even covered the logo. Tell me why a random bread company sued her 3 days afterwards.

I have seen intelligent people destroy their careers by never learning to play dumb strategically. And game theory explains why: in most high-stakes hierarchies, influence is perceived as a zero-sum game. If you appear "too intelligent," you are perceived as a threat. That locks you out of important networks. Let the others feel superior for a while, and hide your intelligence until deployment.

WARNING! I frankly do not know what kind of evil and inhumanity this video depicts, but it shakes you to the core. It appears a dead Palestinian man, probably murdered, is lying on the street, and a group of Israelis essentially torture his body while laughing. They slowly run him over with their, going back and forth over his body. No words.

Epstein employee exposes everything on a 4Chan board. He was never heard of again and some believe that he did indeed, harm himself. This video is extremely graphic and disturbing. Please watch with caution. Hours after this info was emailed to several news media stations, Ghistlaine Maxwell was arrested.

Dutch woman? Shey I told you people that I woke up around 1 or 2am with police telling me she wants me out. Person wey me and am just knack within 24hrs. Three years ago was funny. I no do any oyibo again for life!
WorldFamous 🇳🇬🇧🇪@OdohUmeh

My oyibo wife woke up one morning and told me she is divorcing me. Wait! She didn't tell me, they sent me a paper written in Dutch. I took the paper to work the following day so my colleague will help me interpret. That's how i got to know it's a divorce paper. I have only been in the country for 3 years, so my ex wanted to divorce and send me back to Africa since she gave me papers. Turns out, as we later found out, that the country has amended their law and now allows one to complete their stay as stipulated on their paper, so long the marriage lasted at least 3 years (I had 5 years papers then). Upon realization, my ex tried to mend fences and get us back, but it's too late. I was afraid. She owned me. I submitted to her whims and caprices because I feared i would lose my right to stay if she divorces me. When the divorce papers came i went into depression. I began to lose weight. Where do i begin from? How do i go back home and face my people? I pleaded with her but it fell on deaf ears. She even booked a one-way ticket for me. She said it's her own little way of helping me transition to my new reality. You need to see her disappointed when we found out i could stay. I moved out and rented my own space-far from her and her troubles. It's been years now. That period really tested me but i thank God for God.
